The artist, Dorene, is a well-known TV personality as host of Alaska Daily, in Anchorage, AK. She has been involved with many local film artists, is founder of Jesse Lee Home in Seward, AK, and started Balto Film Festival in Seward - an annual 49 hr film festival held in mid summer. She is a long time Alaskan, has a great love for our state, and wishes she had more time to paint.
